EasyList

EasyList extends Easy Transcriptions’ medical transcription services by interfacing with hundreds of health information systems. As a “middle-ware” module, EasyList is used primarily for sending patient details and voice files to Easy Transcriptions’. EasyList can also be used to retrieve transcribed files. EasyList manages and routes appointment or ADT data from your HIS and dictations from PPC Voice. EasyList can make certain demographic data available only to specific providers. To further restrict accessibility, demographics can be grouped based on location or facility. Data entry or data selection by providers, such as job type or work type, can be optionally enabled and enforced.

After you complete a dictation, EasyVoice saves the high-fidelity recording and transfers it to Easy Transcriptions for transcription.

Two versions of PPC Voice are available to capture data-rich dictation for secure and automatic transfer to Easy Transcriptions.

• PPC Voice Enterprise is ideal for large organizations with wireless networks. PPC Voice Enterprise uses EasyList, Easy Transcriptions’ middle-ware server, to securely transfer patient details from your HIS to your PDA and to send voice files to our workflow system for transcription.

• PPC Voice Professional
does not require the EasyList middle-ware server. PPC Voice Professional provides a simple interface for receiving patient demographics and uses EasyTransfer to send voice files to our workflow system for transcription.

Both versions of PPC Voice deliver all of the features of an advanced, fully automated dictation application and use the latest Windows® Pocket PC technology for high-fidelity recordings.

You also have the option to retrieve and print transcriptions on demand, when and where you need them. Multiple copies of the same transcription can be transferred and printed at one or multiple locations.
